Tasting Notes
Coral in colour. Aromas of fresh red fruits, with citrus, floral and herbal notes, alongside a subtle touch of yeast. Fresh and vibrant on the palate, with pronounced acidity and a crisp finish.

Winemaking
Made using the ancestral method. The wine is bottled with residual sugars so that fermentation continues in bottle, naturally creating the bubbles.
The Variety
Moravia Agria is a grape variety with large, loosely packed bunches, thin skins and very late ripening, marked by very high natural acidity, making it ideal for the production of fresh, light sparkling wines.
