Wine Identity
An ice wine made from Bobal, expressing the most delicate and concentrated side of the variety, combining natural sweetness, vibrant acidity and pure fruit expression.
Tasting Notes
Pale amber in colour. Aromatically intense and precise, with notes of ripe fruit, floral nuances and a subtle spicy background. The palate shows great concentration, with natural sweetness balanced by lively acidity that brings freshness, definition and a long finish.

Winemaking
The grapes are harvested late and pressed while frozen, allowing for the extraction of a must highly concentrated in sugars and acidity. Fermentation takes place slowly at low temperature until the desired balance is achieved, preserving fruit expression and freshness.
The Variety
Bobal, known for its good natural acidity, is particularly well suited to the production of balanced sweet wines, maintaining freshness and definition even at high levels of concentration.
