Light pre-fermentation cold maceration followed by temperature-controlled fermentation on the skins. Aged for 12 months in 500-litre French and American oak barrels.

The Variety

A grape variety with small, compact bunches, low yields, good natural acidity and late ripening, with notable tannic structure.

Did You Know…?

Graciano has traditionally been used in northern Spain in small proportions to add colour and acidity. In Mediterranean regions, thanks to its ability to ripen well, high-quality single-varietal Graciano wines are increasingly being produced.
