Did You Know…?
The origin of the Bobal grape is believed to lie along the Mediterranean coast, according to records dating back to the 14th century. From there, it gradually moved inland, eventually becoming established in areas such as Manchuela and Utiel-Requena. Today, it is the most widely planted red variety within the Manchuela PDO.
